98ÌÃ Real Estate Sentiment Survey
The E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate conducts a bi-annual survey designed to gauge the sentiment of the real estate community in Hampton Roads. The survey was first conducted from 2015 until just prior to the pandemic. The survey was re-launched in the Spring of 2025 and extended to included more questions about individual real estate sectors, as well as views about the national real estate market and economic conditions.
