Dr. Gail Dodge hosted the 2019 College of Sciences Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. This annual event highlights the achievements of students, faculty and staff members of the college. One of the new presentations for the 2019 ceremony was the "Above and Beyond Faculty Award" presented to Dr. Rich Whittecar, Ocean, Earth & Atmospheric Sciences and Dr. Charles Sukenik of the Physics Department. Alumnus and major contributor Dr. Cheng was on hand to present the "Cheng Fund for Innovative Research" award to Dr. Piotr Kraj, Department of Biological Sciences.
