Here you will find a listing of items currently available in the Property Control Warehouse. The surplus items posted on this site are for Department use only for the redistribution of functional inventory, in order to save money and combine resources throughout the University community.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

All 98�� Faculty/Staff Users of this site must agree to read and fully understand these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound thereby. This site is for informational purposes ONLY of current available surplus items. The descriptions of surplus items offered have been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty as to condition or quality, or that the items offered will stay available for any given time period. Claiming of posted items will be on a first come, first serve basis. To officially claim an item, site users must visit the Property Control Warehouse between the hours of 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, to physically view, determine the condition of the item, and fill out the pickup/delivery paperwork. Employee ID may be required.

How to View & Claim Items:

Visit Property Control

The department representative must visit Property Control and physically view the posted item at the PC Warehouse (first come/first serve basis).

Complete Form

The department representative must complete the Kuali form.

Bud Signature

Then the department representative must obtain signature approval from their department's Budget Unit Director (BUD).

Work Order

Once the above steps have been met, Property Control will remove the item from the website and place a Facilities Management work order to coordinate delivery.

Delivery

FM&C Moving & Hauling will pick up the item from the Property Control warehouse and deliver to the requesting department.*
