OCS Group Therapy- Fall 2025: **If interested schedule an appointment with a counselor today to discuss.
1. Coping with Anxiety: A supportive place where group members will be invited to identify anxious thoughts and apply new healthier alternatives in their lives.
2. Graduate Student: An Interpersonal process group for graduate students that provides a unique therapeutic space in which to give and receive feedback, receive support, and develop insight into relationship patterns.
3. Haven LGBTQ+: Safe, supportive therapy group focused on the mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ community.
4. Relationships Reimagined: Group that provides a safe space where you can learn relationship skills to build and maintain healthy relationships. This group encourages you talk with others to gain ways to strengthen your relationships and grow in navigating relationships.
5. Seeking Safety: Safe group that focuses on the present where you can learn coping skills to help become more empowered in your relationships, thinking, and actions.
OCS Drop-In Support Groups- Fall 2025: **If interested register on Monarch Groups (see flyer for QR code) or drop-in.
1. Mindful Mondays: A space to be present in a deep breathing activity and reflection.
2. Open Studio: Art: A supportive place where you are encouraged to connect with yourself and work through problems using creative expression.
3. Refuge: Men's Group: A supportive and safe space for men to process through life's daily challenges, develop emotional awareness, and grow in community with other men navigating college life.
4. Women on Wednesdays: A group to empower women that provides a unique therapeutic space in which to give and receive
